Monterry “Terry” Luckey is a front office business operations leader and certified HR professional. With a passion for assisting those that are unemployed, underemployed, or just need advice on career management, Terry is an innovative leader with experience in building high performance teams and re-egineering fragmented processes to ensure optimal performance. Terry brings a level of enthusiasm, fun, and focus to any organization she has the privilege of serving. Terry uses the “why” concept to bridge communication gaps and leverage stake holder buy-in. Terry holds a Masters in Human Resources Management from Wilmington University and a Bachelors of Business Administration from Widener University.
